As with my other pages... I don't have a dark sky or a fixed observatory at home, so pictures taken at my home will be through the orange streetlight glare and on a mount set up in about 10 mins!.

Jupiter, below was taken with the DSI and a Meade 6inch SN scope on the 27th Sept 2011. The above image is from my back garden, and shows the Palus Nebularum region on the moon. Its is a stich of 2 DSI images taken on 26th March 2007. The DSI is not really intended for this sort of work, but it makes an easy testbed while I get used to how it works. This image of the Ring Nebula M57 was taken through thin cloud on Wed 29th Aug 2007 at approx 11:30 pm with the DSI on my LX90 in the back garden of my house. It is my first real attempt at deep sky photography with the DSI and as such, I am quite pleased with it. It was 120 stacked images (auto stacked in the DSI software). This image of the Ring Nebula M57 was taken on the 3rd Sept 2007. It was 12 stacked images (auto stacked in the DSI software) but now I made the DSI take longer exposures , take 'dark fames' and auto subtract them. I dind't get the mount as well aligned however. One more go of the Ring Nebula M57 - taken Oct 2007. It was 30 stacked images (auto stacked in the DSI software) with 30 secs exposures , 'dark fames' and auto subtraction.
